Installation & Awards Dinner

Fish: Salmon Patrice – Baked Fresh Filet of Salmon Crowned with a Lemon Chardonnay Cream Sauce
Vegan: White Wine Pesto Pasta Tagliatelle Pasta with Fresh Pesto, White Wine, White Onions and Parmesan Cheese
